Have you guys noticed that 2013 is the year of weddings and babies? Maybe it’s just our circle of friends, but it seems like every week we have some sort of party to attend. Our friend Holly over at Simply Scissors makes the cutest paper banners which would be perfect to decorate your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, anything really!
