***EDIT: I have revised my button tufting tutorial! To see the full step by step instructions with photos go here. ***
A while back I was inclined to build a button-tufted headboard for my parent’s guest room (aka my old room). A friend of ours Crystal heard that I had completed such a task and I gave her a few pointers. But, not just any pointers. OCD me decided to put together a little instruction manual. I hope that you find it as helpful as she did.
I’m sure that there are much better alternatives to constructing a button-tufted headboard, but this was what sounded logical to me and see for yourself how Crystal’s turned out!

If you’re interested in more DIY projects let us know. Between Derek and I, we’ve built a lot of furniture, reupholstered, painted, etc. We’d love your input, and I just love making nonsensical instruction manuals!

In the Supplies part, you left off “a strong hand for a sh*t load of stapeling!”
